Once an order has been confirmed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If applicable, you may need to wait for the order to be delivered and then follow our return process.

1. DELIVERY CONFIRMATION

Because circumstances at the delivery address may be outside our control, you agree that delivery confirmation from the shipping carrier is sufficient proof that the package was delivered, even if no signature was obtained.

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, misplaced, or taken after the carrier confirms delivery.

1. REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

We want customers to have a positive experience with Botanique Paris. If you are dissatisfied with your product, receive the wrong item, or receive a damaged item, you may be eligible for a return, exchange, replacement, or refund according to our Return and Refund Policy.

All sales may be final after the applicable return window has expired.

1. CANCELLATION POLICY

Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. In that case, you must follow our Return and Refund Policy if you wish to return the product.

If you are enrolled in a subscription or auto-replenishment program, you may cancel your subscription by logging into your account or contacting us at least 48 hours before your next renewal date.

Cancellation requests received after a renewal payment has already been processed will apply to future billing cycles only. Refunds are not provided for subscription charges that have already been processed, unless otherwise required by law or stated in our applicable refund policy.
