Shipping, Returns, Warranty & Guarantee Policy

Shipping Policy

We ship our products to most countries around the world. While we do our best to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe provided, delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

Because we use third-party shipping carriers to deliver customer orders, we are not responsible for shipping delays, missed delivery estimates, or any out-of-pocket expenses or additional costs caused by delayed delivery.

Orders are usually shipped within 1–2 business days after the order is placed. Estimated shipping times are displayed during checkout, as delivery time may vary depending on the destination, shipping method, region, and package weight.

Shipping fees are calculated based on the shipping address and the total weight of the order. Shipping charges are non-refundable because they are collected and charged directly by the courier.

Expedited Shipping

Customers may choose an upgraded shipping option for an additional fee if they would like to receive their order sooner.

Please note that even with upgraded shipping, delays outside our control may still occur. These may include customs processing, severe weather, courier delays, labor disruptions, holiday congestion, or other unexpected circumstances.

Shipping upgrade fees are non-refundable.

Delivery Delays and Courier Issues

We are not liable for deliveries impacted by customs, natural events, courier mistakes, carrier delays, strikes, or other events outside our control. We are also not responsible for customs fees, additional charges, backend fees, or other related costs.

Refunds will not be issued for delays or delivery issues caused by these circumstances.

If the courier fails to deliver the order correctly, or if tracking information confirms that the delivery was incomplete due to a carrier issue, the available resolution is to reship the order.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information

IMPORTANT: We are not responsible for packages that cannot be delivered because the customer entered missing, incomplete, or incorrect shipping information.

Please make sure all shipping details are correct before completing checkout. We do not issue refunds for packages returned to sender for any reason.

If the shipping address is entered incorrectly before the order ships, we are not responsible for lost, delayed, returned, or misdelivered packages.

If you notice that you made an error in your shipping information, please email us as soon as possible at support@botaniqueparis.online. If the package has already been shipped, a reshipment fee will apply in order to send the package to the corrected address.

365-Day Standard Return Guarantee

We believe in the quality of our products and want customers to have enough time to use them consistently and evaluate their results.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may qualify for our 365-Day Standard Return Guarantee, subject to the requirements listed below.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a refund under the Standard Return Guarantee:

Your request must be submitted within 365 days from the date your order was delivered.

You must show that you used the product consistently for at least 12 consecutive weeks, following the recommended usage instructions.

You must provide clear before-and-after photos that reasonably show a lack of improvement despite proper and consistent product use.

Subscription Orders

For customers enrolled in a subscription program:

Refund eligibility applies only to the most recent eligible order.

Previous subscription shipments, older orders, and products that have already been consumed or used are not eligible for refunds under this policy.

Subscription customers must also meet the 12-week consistent usage requirement in order to qualify.

Return Process

If your return request is approved:

You may be required to return the product before a refund is processed.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and return label fees, unless otherwise required by law.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned product has been received and inspected.

Refunds vs. Store Credit

Due to payment processing limitations, refunds to the original payment method are only available for approved requests submitted within 6 months, or 180 days, of the original purchase date.

For approved requests submitted after 180 days but within 365 days of purchase, we will issue store credit for the full eligible amount.

Store credit does not expire and may be used toward any future purchase on our website.

We reserve the right to deny any refund request that does not meet the requirements stated in this policy, including requests with insufficient proof of consistent use, improper use, or misuse of the product.

Damaged Product Policy

If your product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, you may be eligible for a complimentary replacement device within 365 days from the date your order was delivered.

This policy does not cover damage caused by the customer, including water damage, dropping the device, improper handling, accidental damage, or any other user-caused damage or defect.

Clear photo and/or video evidence showing the issue is required for approval. Video evidence should clearly demonstrate that the product was used according to the instructions, including the use of any required additional products such as oil-free gel or serum, where applicable.

Refunds are not available under this policy. Approved claims will be handled through replacement only.

Note: Reimbursement or replacement requests cannot be submitted after 365 days from the date the package was delivered.

Lifetime Warranty Policy

Customers who purchase the Lifetime Warranty are eligible for free replacements for qualifying issues related to product damage, device malfunction, or manufacturer defects.

To process a warranty claim, we require clear photo or video evidence that verifies the issue. A product return is not required. Once the issue is confirmed, we will issue a replacement promptly.

The Lifetime Warranty does not expire and may be used multiple times as needed for qualifying issues connected to the original order.

This warranty is offered on our website as an optional paid add-on. It must be purchased on the same day as the original order in order to apply.

The Lifetime Warranty covers only the items included in the order with which the warranty was purchased.

Same-Day Processing and Shipping Protection

Our standard order processing time is 2–3 business days. Customers who purchase Same-Day Processing and Shipping Protection are guaranteed that their order will be shipped within 24 hours of placement.

This guarantee applies only to the processing period between order placement and dispatch. It does not change, shorten, or guarantee the estimated delivery timeframe once the package is in transit with the carrier.

This upgrade also helps protect delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout. Packages confirmed as lost in transit or returned to sender due to carrier error may qualify for a complimentary reshipment.

Packages returned to sender because of customer error, including an incorrect, incomplete, or missing shipping address, are not covered by this protection. In such cases, a shipping fee will be required before the order can be reshipped.

This upgrade is non-refundable.

Customers may qualify for a full refund if no visible improvement in the darkness of the under-eye area is observed after 365 consecutive days of use.

To qualify, you must show that you used the product as recommended for 7 consecutive days. This includes submitting one short usage video and 7 daily timestamped photos. These materials help us review your routine and provide proper support throughout the process.

All customers are automatically eligible for this guarantee after purchase. No additional purchase is required.
