Shipping, Returns, Warranty & Guarantee Policy

Shipping Policy
We ship our products to most countries worldwide. While we make every effort to deliver orders within the estimated delivery timeframe provided, delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Because deliveries are handled by third-party shipping carriers, we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, weather, strikes, holidays, natural events, or other circumstances outside our control. We are also not liable for any out-of-pocket expenses, customs duties, additional fees, or other costs resulting from delayed deliveries.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after the order is placed. Delivery estimates are shown at checkout and may vary depending on the destination, shipping method, region, and order weight.
Shipping fees are calculated based on the delivery address and the total weight of the order. Shipping costs are non-refundable because they are paid directly to the carrier.
Expedited Shipping
Customers may choose to upgrade their shipping method for an additional fee where available. Please note that upgraded shipping may shorten the transit estimate, but it does not eliminate the possibility of unexpected delays caused by customs clearance, severe weather, carrier issues, labor disruptions, high-volume holiday periods, or other events beyond our control.
Shipping upgrade fees are non-refundable.
Delivery Issues
We are not responsible for deliveries affected by customs delays, natural events, courier mistakes, strikes, carrier delays, or additional customs fees and backend charges. Refunds will not be issued for these situations.
If the carrier fails to properly deliver an order, or if the tracking information confirms that the delivery was incomplete or unsuccessful due to a carrier issue, our only available resolution is to reship the order.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information
Important: We are not responsible for packages that cannot be delivered because the customer provided missing, incomplete, or incorrect shipping details at checkout.
Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before submitting your order. We do not provide refunds for packages returned to sender for any reason, including incorrect or incomplete address information.
If your shipping details are entered incorrectly and the order has already shipped, we are not responsible for lost, delayed, returned, or misdelivered packages.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as quickly as possible at support@botaniqueparis.online. If the package has already been dispatched, a reshipment fee may be required in order to send the package to the corrected address.
365-Day Standard Return Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our products and want customers to have sufficient time to use the product properly and evaluate their results.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may qualify for our 365-Day Standard Return Guarantee, provided that all eligibility requirements below are met.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a refund under the Standard Return Guarantee:
Your return request must be submitted within 365 days from the date your order was delivered.
You must show that the product was used consistently for at least 12 consecutive weeks, following the recommended instructions for use.
You must provide clear before-and-after photos that reasonably show a lack of visible improvement despite proper and consistent use.
Subscription Orders
For customers enrolled in a subscription plan:
Refund eligibility applies only to the most recent qualifying order.
Previous subscription shipments, earlier orders, or products that have already been used or consumed are not eligible for a refund under this policy.
Subscription customers must also satisfy the 12-week consistent usage requirement in order to qualify.
Return Process
If your return request is approved:
You may be required to return the product before a refund is issued.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any return label fees, unless otherwise required by law.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method after the returned product is received and inspected.
Refunds vs. Store Credit
Due to limitations within payment processing systems, refunds to the original payment method are only available for approved requests submitted within 180 days of the original purchase date.
For approved requests submitted after 180 days but within 365 days of purchase, we will issue store credit for the full eligible amount. Store credit does not expire and may be used toward any future purchase on our website.
We reserve the right to reject refund requests that do not satisfy the requirements listed in this policy, including requests with insufficient proof of consistent use, improper use of the product, misuse, or failure to provide required evidence.

Damaged Product Policy
If your product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, you may be eligible for a complimentary replacement within 365 days from the date your order was delivered.
This policy does not cover damage caused by the customer, including water damage, dropping the device, improper use, accidental damage, or any other user-caused issue.
Clear photo and/or video evidence showing the defect or damage is required for approval. Video evidence should clearly demonstrate that the product was used as instructed, including the use of any required supporting products such as oil-free gel or serum, where applicable.
Refunds are not available under the Damaged Product Policy. Approved claims will be resolved through replacement only.

Note: Replacement or reimbursement requests of any kind cannot be submitted after 365 days from the date the package was delivered.
Lifetime Warranty Policy
Customers who purchase the Lifetime Warranty are entitled to free replacements for qualifying issues related to product damage, device malfunction, or manufacturer defects.
To process a warranty claim, we require clear photo or video evidence that verifies the issue. A product return is not required. Once the issue has been reviewed and confirmed, we will issue the replacement.
The Lifetime Warranty does not expire and may be used multiple times as needed for qualifying issues related to the original order.
This warranty is offered as an optional paid add-on on our website. It must be purchased on the same day as the original order in order to apply.
The Lifetime Warranty covers only the items included in the order with which the warranty was purchased.
Same-Day Processing and Shipping Protection
Our standard order processing time is 2–3 business days. Customers who purchase Same-Day Processing and Shipping Protection are guaranteed that their order will be shipped within 24 hours after it is placed.
This guarantee applies only to the processing period between order placement and dispatch. It does not change or guarantee the estimated delivery timeframe once the package is in transit with the carrier.
This upgrade also provides protection to help ensure the package is delivered to the shipping address entered at checkout. Packages that are confirmed as lost in transit or returned to sender due to carrier error may qualify for a complimentary reshipment.
Packages returned to sender because of customer error, including incorrect, incomplete, or missing shipping information, are not covered by this protection. In those cases, a shipping fee will be required before the order can be reshipped.
Same-Day Processing and Shipping Protection is non-refundable.
“Banish Dark Circles in 365 Days or It’s Free” Guarantee
Customers are eligible for a full refund if no visible improvement in the darkness of the under-eye area is observed after 365 consecutive days of use.
To qualify, customers must show that the product was used as recommended for 7 consecutive days. This includes submitting one short usage video and 7 daily timestamped photos. These materials help us understand your routine and provide proper support throughout the process.

All customers are automatically eligible for this guarantee after purchase. No additional purchase is required.
